The Alaskans Have Landed (vol. I) is a mixtape of independent musicians from the Last Frontier. Across styles and genres, Alaskan musicians are making waves and creating the unique sound of the North.

AKIMI, the Alaska Independent Musicians Initiative, is a collective for & by musicians to elevate the Alaska music scene through artist development and ceaseless promotion. Proceeds from this album support AKIMI's work getting Alaskan artists onto the national stage.
